107. Take Care of Your Mental Health in the Dark Season

As we navigate through the dark season, it’s important to prioritize our mental well-being and practice self-care.

Learn the 7 pieces of a sustainable business

Episode 53

Rest and Rejuvenate

With lower energy levels during this time, it’s completely normal to feel a drop in motivation and drive. Embrace the opportunity to indulge in cozy moments, wrapping yourself in warmth and catching up on your favorite Netflix shows. Remember, rest is necessary!

Discover Your Motivational Factors

To keep your business momentum going, find business-related activities that ignite your inspiration. Collaborate with a business friend on exciting projects or consider seeking coaching to keep yourself motivated. Adapt your strategy and plan for the future, taking into account your seasonal energy fluctuations.

Design Your Business Around You

Your business should work for you, not vice versa. Get to know yourself and prioritize your needs and desires. If you flourish with frequent shoots, build a business model that supports it. On the other hand, if editing drains your energy, consider outsourcing it. Your journey to success should reflect who you are and what you love.

Conclusion

Remember, your mental health matters. Designing your business in alignment with your needs not only promotes your well-being but also reduces competition in the market. Don’t hesitate to reach out! hi, I’m ingvild

This podcast is all about education and inspiration for photographers. A sustainable business is profitable and lasting. Instead of short-term wins you want to make sure you’re doing things that matter. Both to yourself, and to create the business you want. The goal of this podcast is that it will help you build and structure your business around your life, instead of the other way around.
